I had an amazing time at the brunch vision board event coordinated by Christina! Everything was so well organized, the food was delicious, and the vibes were unmatched. You can really tell how much care and intention went into planning this event. Highly recommend!

I do not live at the property, but I had an event at their clubhouse. Lex and her staff were professional and friendly from the start. During our initial walk through, they answered all our questions. At the day of the event, they were accommodating - from putting fresh hand towels in the bathroom to posting "private event" signs throughout the walkways. The venue was absolutely gorgeous - by far one of the best clubhouses in the area. Parking was not super close- but manageable and near. Our vendors were able to locate and offload onto the property with ease. Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend people to host intimate events here.

I recently visited Novel University Place with a friend who was apartment hunting, and we were both blown away by how amazing Billy was! This has been the best community I have been a apart of. There are always awesome events Christina is hosting that bring the community together. The view is amazing, maintenance is always fast and available, everything is kept super clean. Couldnt ask for a better place to live

What I love the most about being a resident at Novel is the walkable lake area & the fact that Christina (event manager) has so many unique events & creative activities for us to attend & meet new people not only on weekends but during the work week too!
