I do not live at the property, but I had an event at their clubhouse. Lex and her staff were professional and friendly from the start. During our initial walk through, they answered all our questions. At the day of the event, they were accommodating - from putting fresh hand towels in the bathroom to posting "private event" signs throughout the walkways. The venue was absolutely gorgeous - by far one of the best clubhouses in the area. Parking was not super close- but manageable and near. Our vendors were able to locate and offload onto the property with ease. Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend people to host intimate events here.

I recently visited Novel University Place with a friend who was apartment hunting, and we were both blown away by how amazing Billy was! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. His customer service was top-tier and you could tell he genuinely cared about helping people find the right home. Billy’s professionalism, charm, and knowledge of the property were unmatched. He answered every question with patience and gave us such a great tour that my friend ended up finding the perfect apartment that same day! If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, ask for Billy because he’s the best in the business!

This has been the best community I have been a apart of. There are always awesome events Christina is hosting that bring the community together. The view is amazing, maintenance is always fast and available, everything is kept super clean. Couldnt ask for a better place to live

I love living at Novel! It has been on our radar since they were doing construction! It is a beautiful apartment community! Christina (event coordinator) is AMAZING! She takes the time to get to know all the attendees and makes the events so fun and interactive for us to all know each other! She’s awesome! Eliza and Billy in the leasing office are heaven sent! They care so much about their tenants and always will talk to you just to catch up! Maintenance is QUICK and kind! Novel is an amazing complex!
